Group 1: Echocardiography and right heart catheterization in patients with pumonary arterial hypertension

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Invasive diagnosed PAH (mPAP >= 25mmHg, PAWP = 3WU) Patients that receive a change oder dosis escalation in their drug-based therapy for PAH

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients younger than 18 years, patient unable to give consent, pregnant patients, relevant comorbidities that speak against the diagnosis PAH
