Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: > 18 years, german language, specificly for patients group: main diagnosis anxiety disorder or somatoform disorder, ability to agree to the study; specificly for endurance athletes: body mass index 18.5-30 kg/m², > 6 hours per week endurance training during the last 3 years, no signs of addiction to sport (sum score of exercise dependence scale < 78)

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: health impairments that could influence the interoceptive function (e.g. parkinson disease, renal insufficiency), pregnancy, specificly for patients: secondary diagnosis F2, F44, F43, F50, specificly for endurance athletes and healthy controls: no psychological signs measured with PHQ, no acute pain and no sport at the day of the experiment

Interoceptive Accuracy (= experienced pain - expected pain or experienced breathing resistance - expected breathing resistance) method: analysis of rating of participants

- time curve of interoceptive accuracy - association of interoceptive accuracy with interozeptive awareness (MAIA questionaire, Heart Beat Detection Test), mental symptoms (PHQ questionaire), endurance capacity, and physiological variables during the experiment (heart rate, breathing rate, skin conductivity)
