Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Non-ampullary, sporadic duodenal adenomas with a size between 20 and 50 mm longitudinal diameter or occupying up to a maximum of 2/3 of the circumference (longitudinal extension max 5 cm). The diameter is measured with an opened loop of known size
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: - Recurrent adenomas or adenomas after previous intervention - Existing pregnancy - ASA > III - Tumor disease without curative therapy option - Coagulation disorders /patients under dual platelet aggregation inhibition - Lesions that are macroscopically suspicious of an existing an existing submucosal invasion - Patients not capable of explanation
