Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Inclusion criteria (study part A & B). - = 65 years - Internet access at home - Availability of a terminal device to access websites - Ability to read and understand German-language texts Inclusion criteria (study part C) - = 65 years - Ability to read and understand German-language texts - Ability to participate in presence at the premises of the geriatrics research group

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: The exclusion criteria (study part A, B, C) are as follows: - Cognitive disorders ( self-reported) - Sensory and/or motor impairments that prevent use of websites or completion of online questionnaires ( self-reported) - Legal care ( self-reported)

MeasureTime frame
Study Parts A and C: Assessment of the usability of the platform, measured by the SUS questionnaire (Brooke, 1996). Study part B: Assessment of previous experience in using the ePA.

Secondary

MeasureTime frame
Study Parts A and C: Assessment of competence in engaging with health information before and after using the learning platform as measured by the eHIQ (Kelly et al., 2013), user experience during as measured by the UEQ (Schrepp et al., 2017), user motivation as measured by the IMI (Ryan & Deci, 2000), and evaluation of the chatbot on the platform as measured by the CUQ (Holmes et al., 2019).
