Inclusion criteria: General practitioners (GPs) working in a GP-oriented practice in Germany at the time of the study and whose practices are included in the e-mail lists of the general medical institutes of the University of Witten/Herdecke and the University of Leipzig
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Physicians who are not primary care physicians; age less than 18 years old
