Group 1: During the inpatient hospital stay, integrative nursing care applications are carried out for patients. The applied nursing care results individually from the respective accompanying symptoms

Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: - Age of majority - Capacity to consent - Inpatient at the University Hospital Ulm - Presence of at least one integratively treatable concomitant symptom (respiratory insufficiency, respiratory infections, oedema, constipation, meteorism, irritable bowel syndrome, side effects of antitumour therapy, difficulty falling asleep or sleeping through the night, tension, restlessness, depression (reactive), crisis situation, biographical crisis, vegetative heart complaints, panic attacks)
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: - Presence of pronounced cognitive deficits - In the immediate dying process - Not able to give consent independently - Survey not possible due to limited ability to communicate (e.g. lack of language skills) - Contraindications for the patient's diagnoses
