Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients with kidney tumours that qualify for a robotic partial nephrectomy Age 18 +

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Extended transabdominal or retroperitoneal surgery in patient history where only one of both procedures is possible

Design outcomes

Primary

MeasureTime frame
Pain intensity (3 times a day) and need of analgetics (Can be taken from the electronic patient file), mobility (is recorded by the nursing)

MeasureTime frame
Time of surgery, complications, positive margin
