Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients with the following criteria should be included: - Patients with positive SARS-CoV-2 serology or diagnosis of an acute Covid-19 disease - Patients diagnosed with PIMS/MIS-C - Patients diagnosed with Long Covid Healthy controls without SARS-CoV-2 infection should be included.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: The exclusion criteria include the lack of consent to participate in the study and the revocation of consent. The healthy control patients must be free of infection, and they must not have any underlying cardiovascular diseases, including all diseases that affect the cardiovascular system, e.g. diabetes mellitus, underlying oncological diseases and neuromuscular diseases.

Primary

MeasureTime frame
We hope that the investigations will contribute to a better understanding of the pathogenesis of SARS-CoV-2, especially MIS-C/PIMS and Long Covid.

Secondary

MeasureTime frame
Furthermore we hope to generate starting points for prevention, therapy and prognosis.
