Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: At least one of the following main rehabilitation indications/ICD-10-GM in both indications. Somatic diagnoses by indication area: (1) Dermatology: L20-L30; L40-L45 (2) Diabetology: E10-E14 (3) Gastroenterology: K50-K52; K55-K63 (4) Cardiology: I10-I15; I20-I25; I30-I52; I70; Z95.1; Z95.5 (5) Orthopaedics: M05-M14; M15-M19; M20-M25; M45-M49; M42.1; M42.9; M43.0; M43.2; M43.5; M43.8; M43.9; M47.2; M47.8; M47.9; M48.8; M48.9; M51; M53; M54 (6) Pneumology: J44; J45; D86; G47.3 Mental health diagnoses: - F3: Affective disorders - F4: Neurotic, stress, and somatoform disorders - F5: Behavioural disorders with physical disorders and factors - F6: Personality and behavioural disorders

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Inadequate German language ability, severe visual or hearing impairment, life events (accident within the last 12 months, pregnancy), cognitive impairment
