Group 1: Clinical dental and polysomnographic examination of patients with obstructive sleep apnea and with/without sleep bruxism (medical history) in one session (same day) in the following order:

Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: - OSA (AHI >5) - Signed informed consent form - remarkable sleep bruxism (anamnestic and clinical) - unremarkable sleep bruxism (anamnestic and clinical)
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: - neurological disorders - neuropathic pain - respiratory insufficiency - pain medication with impairment of muscle and respiratory function - malignant diseases - severe mental disorders - Condition after extensive operations in the head/jaw/facial area (e.g. severe trauma, LKGS) - cognitive impairment - Other sleep disorders (REM behavior disorder, insomnia, PLMD) - use of psychotropic drugs - Eichner classification C - < 4 hours of sleep in sleep laboratory - Therapy with CPAP/UPS - Condition after surgical intervention to improve OSA
