Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: - Geriatric patients aged = 65 years who are admitted to the geriatric day clinic - Participants in early and middle adulthood (18-30) - Consent of the patient
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: - lack of consent or lack of ability to give consent, including patients with delirium - Patients with other muscle diseases, paraparesis/paraplegia, or advanced coxarthrosis or gonarthrosis that prevent leg extension - Patients with known terminal disease with an expected lifetime 5 mg prednisolone / day - Use of statins in the last 3 years - Patients with cachexia, anorexia, obesity permagna, severe depressive illness, chronic rheumatological and chronic inflammatory diseases including malignant diseases. - patients with advanced immobility or bed confinement status - Participants in early adulthood (18-30 years) suffering from chronic rheumatological and chronic inflammatory diseases including malignant diseases, metabolic diseases, mental diseases, alcohol and drug abuse, as well as diseases of the central or peripheral nervous system. - Participants in early adulthood (18-30 years), who take medication regularly
