Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: - Histologically proven breast cancer - Previous BCS or Mastectomy (at least 7 days postoperatively) - Previous chemotherapy or ongoing neoadj. / adj . chemotherapy - Previous or ongoing radiation

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: - Stability-endangering osseous metastasis - heart failure - ECOG 3-4 - German < B1 - Orthopedic injury Secondary exclusion criteria: - New diagnosis of osseous metastases - New orthopedic injury

Design outcomes

Primary

Measure	Time frame
The primary outcome are the improvement of the sleep quality and quality of life after 6 weeks of yoga intervention. The patients in the control group fill out the questionnaires after a 6 week long waiting time.	—
