Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 30 patients each with uppergastrointestinal or pancreatic cancer that have been treated in the general and visceral surgery at Klinikum Oldenburg within the last 5 years

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients who are not able to give their consent

MeasureTime frame
FFPE (tumor vs healthy tissue) samples from patients with upper gastrointestinal cancer or pancreatic cancer will be analyzed for HSPG metabolism using immunofluorescence microscopy, nanostring analysis, and WB.
