Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: - Age =18 years - Study participants are patients in the emergency room of the university hospital - According to the medical assessment, the information provided and the additional blood collection do not represent any additional burden for the study participants. - Ability to consent and consent to participate in the study. - The ability to consent is checked according to a medical assessment, also with a special focus on the medication, possible pain and the exceptional emotional situation of the patient in an emergency situation and the resulting pressure situation.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: - <8 weeks (males) or <12 weeks (females) since last blood volume draw of =500 mL - Inability to give consent - Age <18 years
