Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: - ADHD - 8-18 years - German speaking - right handed - no medication with stimulation, or >72 h no long lasting stimulants or >24 h no short lasting stimulants - enough compliance - for sexual active praticipants: birth control - subjects and parents agree with the study procedure

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: - IQ<85. Der IQ - comorbid Tic disorder, Autism-spectrum disorder, Anxiety disorder or depressive disorder - epilepsia - substance abuse - greater intracranial pressure - Artificial cardiac pacemaker - pregnancy - medication with antidepressants, antipyschotics
