Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Inclusion criteria for physicians to participate in the interview: - Working in a practice or MVZ as a general practitioner or other specialist in Baden-Württemberg. Inclusion criteria for physicians to participate in the digital cooperation: - Practice is in the catchment area of the ISZ Freiburg, location in South Baden (within a radius of max. approx. 80 km) - General practice or specialist practice in Baden-Württtemberg - KV admission - Internet-capable terminal device (computer/laptop) in the consulting room. Inclusion criteria Patients for participation in the interview: - older than 18 years - Chronic pain disorder, i.e. more than 3 months of persistent or recurrent pain - or presence of a disease with a high risk of chronicity, e.g. CRPS (complex regional pain syndrome) or post-zoster neuralgia or tumor-related pain - sufficient knowledge of German. Inclusion criteria Patients for participation in the digital cooperation: - see above and additionally - Access to an internet-enabled device (computer, smartphone, tablet)
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Exclusion criteria for physicians to participate in the interview: - Working outside of Baden-Württemberg. Exclusion criteria GPs and specialists in private practice from other specialties for participation in digital cooperation: - Practice is located outside the catchment area of the ISZ, outside South Baden - located abroad - No registered office - no Internet-capable terminal device (computer/laptop) in the consulting room. Exclusion criteria for patients to participate in the interview: - younger than 18 years - unable to give consent, e.g. due to a dementia illness - presence of an acute psychiatric illness (e.g. schizotypal disorder or acute psychosis) - insufficient knowledge of German - aphasia Additional exclusion criteria Patients for participation in digital cooperation: - no access to an internet-enabled device computer, tablet or smartphone

Interview data of patients with chronic pain as well as Interview data of physicians in private practice - previous experiences with pain medical care - Wishes for the future care of chronic pain patients b.
