Conditions

BFR-T, blood flow restriction training

Interventions

Group 1: Low intensity (LI)
completed in four sets until arbitrary tieredness. Training load is 30% of previous tested one repetition maximum (1RM). Group 2: Low intensity plus BFR (LI-BFR)
completed in four sets until arbitrary tieredness. Training load is 30% of previous tested one repetition maximum (1RM). Additionally applicated BFR cuff with 50% limp occlusition pressure (LOP). Grou
completed in four sets until arbitrary tieredness. Training load is 70% of previous tested one repetition maximum (1RM). Group 4: Adjusted low intensity (aLI)
completed in four sets until number of repetition during HI is reached. Training load is 30% of previous tested one repetition maximum (1RM).

Design outcomes

Primary

MeasureTime frame
It is checked if every data is collected when a participant successfully finished every training. Data includes EMG recording, blood samples and blood pressure. Data ist saved online and anonymized secured via excel. If data is missing this participant will be excluded.

Secondary

MeasureTime frame
Data analysis is started when all data is collected. The main goal is to check for reliability and validity with statistical evaluation.
