Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Population living in leprosy, Buruli or Yaws highly endemic villages in Togo with diagnosed cases of the disease within the last 5 years

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: no informed consent

Change scores of perceived stigma measured by a 15-item Explanatory Model Interview Catalogue (EMIC) stigma scale for the community
