Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: metabolic units 75 years

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: metabolic units >4 or age <75 years

Design outcomes

Primary

MeasureTime frame
Record all pathologic findings in echocardiography or pulmonary function.

Secondary

MeasureTime frame
Evaluation of pathological findings and their disease value in relation to operative risk. Correlation of MET, ASA, BMI and age of patients with parameters from echocardiography and pulmonary function diagnostics.
