16 Years to 26 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Adult patients aged between (16 - 26) years. 2. Class I malocclusion with bimaxillary protrusion. 3. All permanent teeth are existed (except for third molars). 4. Patients with good oral hygiene. 5. Patients have vertical or normal growth pattern.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with moderate or severe crowding. 2. Any systemic disease affects teeth movement. 3. Patients have had a previous course of orthodontic treatment.

Design outcomes

Primary

MeasureTime frame
1. velocity of retraction. 2. tipping and rotation of the canine. 3. Height and thickness of canine alveolar bone.

Secondary

MeasureTime frame
1. Rotation of the first molar. 2. Mesial movement of the first molar.
