Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Relatives of deceased patients in the oncological clinics for hemato-oncology, radio-oncology and gynecology of the UKSH >= 18 years relatives can be contacted

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Relatives cannot be addressed; Relatives do not understand the questions; no relatives available; relatives < 18 years

Experience of the relatives with the talks about the autopsy over a 6-month implementation phase. From ethical questions in the special situation after the death of the relative, only three questions are asked: 1. Did you know about the possibility of an autopsy beforehand? (Yes No) 2. How well informed do you feel about the autopsy after this conversation? 3. How did you find the duration of this conversation? ad 2 and 3: answers in 5-stage NRS
