Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Age = 18 years All patients over a year at a structured training program at the University Hospital Cologne (e.g. “Change your Life!” or Optifast®52), can be purchased in the Connection for a period of one year to the participate in the aftercare program. Present declaration of consent

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients who completed the previous training program terminated prematurely Pregnancy, breastfeeding Irregular attendance (<80%) at aftercare program Failure to meet inclusion criteria
