Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: age >18 years; Unilateral or bilateral central, intermediate high-risk pulmonary embolism (definition according to ESC guideline 2019); Treatment in the Elblandklinikum Radebeul; Performed locoregional lysis of the pulmonary arteries with side hole lysis catheter; Patient consent to data processing

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Age < 18 years

Composite endpoint of mortality, minor bleeding (not requiring transfusion) and major bleeding (requiring transfusion/requiring surgery)

Secondary

MeasureTime frame
Reduction of right ventricular stress, reduction of resting heart rate, improvement of peripheral oxygen saturation at rest
