Group 1: Single-arm study: Within the scope of the study, the model-like implementation of the digital therapy application "ISi-Speech" in the context of inpatient Parkinson's complex therapy (PKT)

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients: Adult IPS patients attending the PKT of the neurological clinic of St. Josef Hospital are included. Participation starts at the same time as the PKT. - Diagnosed PS according to UK Brain Bank criteria Age 18 years and older. - Acquired neurological speech intelligibility impairment (IPS, dysarthria) - German as first language or premorbidly good knowledge of German language Therapists: Included are adults who were treated in the context of PKT at the St. Josef-Hospital Bochum and are involved in the inpatient treatment.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients: Do not include patients with: - significant cognitive and mental impairments - insufficient knowledge of German - insufficient technical knowledge and/or a lack of a WLAN- connection in the home setting - significant comorbidities Therapists: Self-reporting and assessment by the treating therapists will ensure compliance with the exclusion criteria.
