Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: The final version will be investigated in a medical ICU. All nurses, respiratory therapists and physicians from to the 24-bed MICU at Nuremberg South Hospital will be invited to participate in the survey during the study period. Nuremberg South Hospital - Clinic is part of the University Hospital of Paracelsus Medical Private University. This Level 3 ICU (maximum care) mainly treats patients with all medical conditions. Recruitment will take place in the participating ICU by posting signs and by approaching all medical, nursing, and therapeutic staff (permanent and temporary) who are assigned to the unit. Participation will be voluntary. Exclusion criteria: Physiotherapists (were also excluded in the original) and training employees.
