Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: - History of confirmed SARS-Cov2 infection and diagnosis of Long/or Post-COVID-19 syndrome (reason for inpatient rehabilitation*) - Main diagnosis of bronchial asthma or COPD (reason for inpatient rehabilitation*) - Age over 18 years - Sufficient German language skills - Signed declaration of consent

Exclusion criteria: - Patient incapable of giving consent - Patient with insufficient German language skills
