Design outcomes
Primary
| Measure | Time frame |
|---|---|
| The primary endpoint is the caffeine content in hair follicles [nmol/L]. To obtain this, a cyanoacrylate tapestrip of the skin is made, which is then dissolved in ethanol. The extract thus obtained in ethanol is then determined by mass spectrometry (via LC-MS/MS) with regard to its caffeine content. | — |
Secondary
