Group 1: Before, during and after combination therapy of hyperthermia and low-fractionated radiotherapy, biopsies are taken and data on quality of life are collected by questionnaire. Therapy response

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients with skin metastases or recurrent tumors from breast cancer, for whom neither surgery nor conventional fractionated fractionated radiotherapy is an appropriate or effective option.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Intolerance to local anesthetics, pregnancy, lack of capacity to consent.
