Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients with skin metastases or recurrent tumors from breast cancer, for whom neither surgery nor conventional fractionated fractionated radiotherapy is an appropriate or effective option.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Intolerance to local anesthetics, pregnancy, lack of capacity to consent.
