Group 1: Arm 1 included all young teen age girls diagnosed with breast cancer having pathogenic BRCA mutation , subjected to surgery followed by adjuvant chemotherapy and radiation in adjuvant setting

Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: All breast cancer patients aged =50 years having pathogenic BRCA mutation.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Only those patients were not accrued in the study population whose medical records were incomplete or were lost to follow-up.

| All young patients diagnosed with suspicious breast lump should have formal imaging and diagnostic biopsy, if diagnosed with carcinoma must subject to genetic testing. If testing identified mutation it should followed by high risk surveillance, family screening or prophylactic surgery. | — |
