Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: - Consultation of the clearing office /MediNetzBonn e.V. for people without health insurance / other cooperating clearing offices or counselling centres. - Ability to complete the written questionnaire, sufficient language, reading and writing skills in the language of the study documents - Minimum age 18 years

Exclusion criteria: - Age < 18 years
