Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients with a) with chronic lung diseases (COPD, bronchial asthma, cystic fibrosis, pulmonary fibrosis, sleep apnea, sarcoid, pulmonary emphysema, others) b) = 18 years c) who are admitted and cared for on ward C420 d) who give their consent to research with their data e) who are interviewable (language skills and understanding available)

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: a) who are not capable of education (dementia, impaired consciousness, foreign language skills, aphasia, learning disabilities, other) b) for whom an immediate death is expected
