Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: - all children and adult household members, minimum age 1 year - informed consent of all family members - PCR-proven SARS-CoV-2 infection of one household member, maximum 72h before inclusion - permanent address in Baden Wuerttemberg, Germany

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: - insufficient German language skills (ICs in German) - family living in more than one apartment (e.g. separated parents) - severe congenital diseases - immunosuppression
