Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Collective “old”: - Experienced specialists in anesthesiology (>3 years as a specialist) - Additional qualification in intensive care medicine or at least 1 year's work in the intensive care unit as a specialist - Voluntary participation Collective "new" - Further training assistants for anesthesiology before rotation to the intensive care unit (<4 years of professional experience) - Voluntary participation
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: - Experience with the ORSIM virtual bronchoscope trainer - Diagnostic bronchoscopy training within the last 12 months - Additional pulmonary qualification or special experience in this field
