Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Third-trimester pregnancy, female, of full age, Smartphone-/Internet-access, voluntary informed consent

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: current psychotic disorder, substance use disorder, self-harm or suicidal tendencies (EPDS item 10 "sometimes" or "quite often")
