Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients who underwent a DBS reimplantation or revision at the University Medical Center Freiburg, Dept. Neurosurgery, between 01/2008 and 01/2018 received a DBS reimplantation or revision.

Measure	Time frame
The primary objective is to compare THS system infection rates up to 1 year post Initial implantation between the 2008-2013 vs. 2013-2018 subgroups.	—

Secondary objective is to identify risk factors of THS system infection by 1 year after initial implantation.	—
