Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Experts from the rehabilitative context: 1. doctors (usually geriatricians) and senior therapists from mobile rehabilitation facilities 2. doctors and senior therapists from interdisciplinary early rehabilitation facilities 3. doctors from indication-specific rehabilitation ( fields: neurological, cardiological, pneumological and orthopaedic) 4. general practitioners and specialists (especially from the field of physical and rehabilitative medicine) 5. discharge management (usually social services) from hospitals 6. medical services and socio-medical services (of the health insurance)
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Experts in the field of rehabilitation but not part of the inclusion criterias
