Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: People with addiction-related burdens of different duration, severity and intensity in receipt of German longterm-unemployment benefits (ALG II) living in Pforzheim or the Enzkreis region.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Participants who are affected by the ban on benefits under §22 of the German SGB III; persons who are not capable of giving their consent; No willingness to cooperate

Primary

MeasureTime frame
Reintegration into working life (proportion of participants in employment after completion of the intervention). Measurement with questionnaire at t1, t2 and t3

Secondary

MeasureTime frame
Subjective impairment (recorded with BSCL at t0 and t3), Abstinence (recorded with questionnaires at t0, t1, t2 and t3), work-related self-management (recorded with 2 scales from the JoCoRi at t0, t1, t2 and t3).
