Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: - Secured pregnancy (12th to max. 34th week of pregnancy) - Tablet or smartphone with internet access - Fluent knowledge of German - Signed declaration of consent and consent to the data protection regulations

Exclusion criteria: Patients who, according to the study team, are not suitable for informed consent and cooperation due to psychological or cognitive impairments

Confirmatory hypothesis: 1. Increase in knowledge and use of the offers presented by the navigator.

Exploratory hypotheses: 2. decreasing symptom burden, 3. increasing quality of life, 4. increased prepartum bonding, 5. reduced postpartum impairment of bonding, 6. reduced parental burden, 7. increased partnership satisfaction and 8. Reduced childhood regulation problems.
