Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: chronic lung disease; prescribed training with devices

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: cystic fibrosis, cartagener-syndrom, primary ciliary dyskinesia; insulin-dependent diabetes mellitus; akute exacerbation, akute infection; risk of fracture; comorbidity with restricted protein intake; use of functional food or supplemts to increase physical capacity; severe psychic comorbidity; cogintive impairment that does not allow reliable protocol of nutrition if there is no supportive person

Primary

MeasureTime frame
Maximum Strength (One-Repetition Maximum), indirect method, begin and end of each phase (before each intervention and after six weeks)

Secondary

MeasureTime frame
Body composition (BIA, waist-hip ratio), physical activity (activity tracker, e.g. step counter, PASE score), physical capacity (Six-Minute -Walk Test, hand dynamometry), dyspnea (mMRC), quality of life (CRQ, SF-36, CAT), vitals (pulse, oxyygen saturation, blood pressure), lung obstruction (FEV1), breathing sample (13CO2/12CO2 in exspired CO2) alle parameters at begin and end of each phase (before each intervention and after six weeks), additional testung after three weeks of maximum strength, body compostition, vitals, had dynamometry, breathing sample)
