Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: • presence of ICD-10 (clinician diagnosis) emotional-instable personality disorder • consent to participate at SSTAAK or the standard sports program • consent to participate in study (informed consent) • sufficient understanding of the German language • group capability

Exclusion criteria: • medical contraindication to participation at SSTAAK or the standard sports program

| Pre- and post-session questionnaire: Before and after each session at SSTAAK, patients receive a pre- and post-session questionnaire (revised version used by Miegel et al. 2019, 2020) which captures psychopathological and interactional symptoms and other (mental) skills that correspond to the content of the modules of the training sessions. Subjective appraisal of SSTAAK: The subjective appraisal questionnaire captures patients' subjective opinions about SSTAAK (T1). | Expert rating rating pre- and post-session questionnaire: After each session at SSTAAK, trainers assess the change (1 item) in the psychopathological and interactional symptom corresponding to the training session in an expert rating (in session). International Physical Activity Questionnaire (IPAQ): The IPAQ records physical activity in everyday life (T0).
