Group 1: Inclusion Criteria: Pregnant patients with cervical incompetence (defined as less than 25 mm before the 28th week of pregnancy) or amniotic sac prolapse who were treated via secondary cerclag

Inclusion criteria: Singelton pregnancies Gestational age under 28 weeks of pregnancy Patient informed consent

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Premature rupture of membranes before Cerclage Multiples pregnancy Amnioninfection Syndrome Gestational age more than 28 weeks and 0 days of pregnancy
