Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Several years of sustained sporting activity with at least three sessions a week

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Presence of an infection or general health impairments. Injuries to the legs and diseases of the cardiovascular-lung system.

Sports motoric performance in the Drop Jump, Countermovement Jump, 10 m Sprint and Shuttle Run tests on days 1 and 5.
