Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients = 18 years of age who receive a planned airway management with a LAMA as part of an elective operation with anesthesia. Written consent to study participation

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Primary planned endotracheal intubation; Patients whitout overnight fasting; Pregnancy; Patients unable to consent without a supervisor
