Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Subjects are included who have arterial hypertension I° or high-normal blood pressure values. In addition, the subjects must have been physically inactive to date.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Severe hypertension (>II°) sports experienced Contraindications for weight training
