Group 1: Neuromuscular electrical stimulation with a duration of 10min, 4 days per week for 4 weeks
Group 2: spinal stimulation with a duration of 10min, apllied 4 days in the week for a 4 week period

Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: First ever stroke stroke onset between 7 days and 6 months plegia or paresis of the arm ability to consent is given
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Another stroke occurrence in the past affection of the central nervious system except current stroke (e.g. intracranial bleeding, Multiple sklerosis, brain trauma, etc.)
