Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Indication for unilateral primary total knee arthroplasty in advanced gonarthrosis Age at surgery: 18-95 years Gender: women and men no previous bony surgery on the affected knee joint and consent to study participation

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: S/P tibial or femoral conversion osteotomy or osteosynthesis S/P conservative treatment of fractures near the knee joint Rheumatoid arthritis post-infectious gonarthrosis
