Inclusion criteria: - Use of the Symptom Checker - Use to assess their own symptoms or the symptoms of another person - German-speaking

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: - Use of symptom checker for informational purposes without assessing symptoms - No consent to participate

Change in certainty in the triage decision (Visual Analogue Scale). Measured before and after symptom checker usage.
