Group 1: 20 µl of capillary blood are sampled from kidney transplant recipients under immunosuppressive and antihypertensive treatment.

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: - age = 18 years - kidney transplant recipient - medical treatment of hypertension with mono or combination drugs containing agents bisoprolol, ramipril, candesartan, valsartan and/or hydrochlorothiazide

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: - acute infections like hepatitis B or C, HIV et. al. - participation only with signed informed consent
