Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: neurological disease, injuries of the throwing shoulder which hinder a proper training, a pathological shoulder with zysts, no medication which hinders performance or regeneration, no virus or bacterial infects, other diesase which weaken a high performance, subjects with a pacemaker, subjects with metallic or magnetic structures not removable inside the body cannot be recruted
Design outcomes
Primary
| Measure | Time frame |
|---|---|
| External rotators strength and flexibility testes with an isokinetic dynamometer ISOMED2000: - mean and peak torque for 30 and 60°/s eccentric and concentric - maximum range of motion, maximum stiffness, tension-angle curvature Muscle adaptions tested with 3T Siemens Prisma MRI scanner, 16-channel shoulder coil, dti-based fiber tracking: - muscle tract length - absoulte muscle tract volume - muscle volume | — |
