Design outcomes
Primary
| Measure | Time frame |
|---|---|
| Our primary outcome is the introduction of practical foundations of empirical scientific research into the classes of medical psychology at an early stage in medical studies | — |
Secondary
| Measure | Time frame |
|---|---|
| The secondary outcome is the evaluation of two relaxation techniques on the subjective perceived relaxation and stress, as well as problem solving behaviour compared against a control group. We will use the d2-Revision and the Short Form of the Hagen Matrices Test (HMT-S) to evaluate problem solving behaviour. To assess subjective relaxation and stress, we will use the recovery experience questionnaire, the Stress and Coping Inventory (SCI) subscale “Physical stress symptoms”, and the Perceived Stress Questionnaire (PSQ-20) subscales “tensions” and “demands”. | — |
